Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try one of our other specialty sandwiches paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, June 12th

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Chicken Tenders, Fries, beer, wine, and kid-friendly drinks. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, June 13th

10:00 am – Family Craft – Polk Room

Join us for a family friendly craft — bracelet making!  Grab some thread, pick favorite colors, and let the bracelet magic begin!  The cost of this craft is $8.00 and please be sure to sign up at the office.

11:00 am – Sponge Race Relay – Quad

Gather around for The Sponge Relay Race! The sponge relay race is a splashy, laughter-filled game that’s perfect for warm days and group fun! Players race to transfer water using only a sponge, testing teamwork, speed, and coordination. Players will be divided into two teams.

A bucket full of water will be placed at the starting line and an empty bucket at the finish line for each team. The first player soaks the sponge in the water, runs to the empty bucket, and squeezes out as much water as possible. They run back and pass the sponge to the next teammate. The race continues until time runs out or one team fills their bucket to a marked line!

12:00 pm – Slip n’ Slide – Polk Room

Lets dive into the ultimate summer thrill! The slip and slide turns any sunny day into a splash-filled adventure packed with laughter, speed, and nonstop fun!

1:00 pm – Marble Madness – Quad

Step right up for an awesome challenge! The Marble Madness game is all about quick thinking, fast feet, and plenty of giggles. Picture a pool filled with slippery marbles just waiting to be scooped up—but there’s a twist! No hands allowed. Players must use only their toes to grab as many marbles as possible before the timer runs out. It’s a hilarious, splashy race against time that tests balance, coordination, and a good sense of humor. Ready, set, dip those toes and see who can claim the title of Marble Master!

2:00 pm – Adult Craft – Polk Room

Add a touch of sparkle and melody to any space with a dazzling glass bead wind chime! This craft combines color, creativity, and the soothing sound of gentle chimes dancing in the breeze. Hang the finished wind chime near a window, porch, or garden to catch the sunlight and breeze. Each shimmer and sound will bring a little extra magic to the day! The cost of this craft is $8.00 and please sign up at the office.

3:00 pm – Super Soaker Hay Ride – Quad

Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirter. Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids squirting at the RVers, who have hoses aimed at the wagon to squirt back! This is a kids vs adults competition to see who gets totally drenched!

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a mouthwatering meal featuring tender, slow-smoked brisket sandwich paired with all the fixings — onion rings, corn, and dessert. Bring your appetite and enjoy a true comfort food feast!

7:00 pm – Live Music – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Join us at the Madison Vines Pizza Parlor for an evening of fellowship with friends and live entertainment featuring To Be Faire!

Sunday, June 14th

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you head home today, come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for a hearty breakfast. Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Pancakes, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All of this for only $8.00.
