4:00 – Bocci Ball Game and Tutorial – Bocci Ball Courts

Come enjoy our brand new Bocci Ball Courts. We will have a fun intro to the Bocci ball game. We will make teams of whoever signs up at the office. The winning team receives two free ice creams.

5:30 pm – Bingo Bites and Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for some delicious ham and cheese sliders with deviled egg macaroni salad before a few exciting rounds of bingo. The cost is $10.00, which includes food and 1 bingo card.

Around 6 p.m., we will transition into four fast-paced bingo games with full payouts. Each additional card is only $5.00(cash only) and is good for all four games.

You can win up to $150.00 or more!

7:00 – 8:00 pm – Ice Cream and Board Game Night – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

10:00 am – Stained Glass Suncatcher Craft – Polk Room

Paint assorted plastic stained glass suncatchers and hang them in a window for a brilliant burst of colorful fun! Children will love expressing their creativity and watching these suncatchers come to life.

11:00 am – Tie Dye Special – Washington Complex

Children and adults are invited to create the best design for your tie-dye T-shirt. Make it colorful and crazy. The fun will go on rain or shine. Our staff will offer helpful hints

to make your tie-dye event memorable.

Please buy a T-shirt ($8) in advance at the office or BYO T-shirt.

12:00 pm – Free Throw Contest – Basketball Courts

This will be a simple, straightforward competition. Whoever makes the most out of 15 free throw shots wins. This competition will be divided into two flights: children 16 and under and adults.

The winner of each flight will get a $25 Amazon gift card.

1:30 pm – Cornhole Tournament – Quad

The first eight two-person teams who sign up will enjoy a single elimination format of tournament cornhole. The winning team receives two Amazon gift cards ($25 each).

2:30 pm – Water Balloon Toss – Quad

This game requires teams of two to catch a fragile water balloon thrown over a long distance by a teammate. Play continues with teams tossing the water balloon to one another until only one team is left. Each winning team member gets a free scoop of ice cream from the Fillmore Ice Cream Parlor.

3:00 pm – Super Soaker Wagon Ride – Jefferson Event Center

Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirters. Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids loaded to squirt at the RVers, who will have their hoses aimed at the wagon to squirt back! This is a kids vs adults competition to see who gets totally drenched!

4:00 pm – Bingo for Prizes – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Come escape the heat at the Fillmore Pizza Parlor for 3 quick rounds of bingo!

Each card will only cost $1 and will be reused for each round. The winners will receive some awesome surprise prizes!

6:00 pm – Tony’s House-Smoked Prime Rib – Jefferson Event Center

Our very own Pit Master Tony will be smoking some of the best Prime Rib you will ever taste, along with tomato salad with Feta cheese, loaded baked potatoes, fresh green beans with pearl onions, rolls, and ice cream sundaes for dessert

Grab your chairs and blankets, and don’t forget those ice-cold drinks and enjoy music on the Quad by Steele Peach!

Come enjoy some friendly competition and meet some of our other guests during a “guest-led” billiards social hour! Sign up is not required, simply come and enjoy the fun
