Friday, July 18th

5:30pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us at the Jefferson for a delightful evening featuring  Mojo Marinated Pork Kebabs and Grilled Veggies, Beer, Wine and kid friendly drinks. Around 6:00pm, we transition into three to  four fast-paced bingo games. Cards are $5.00 cash at the door and are good for all games.

Please purchase your $5.00 meal tickets by 2:00 pm Friday afternoon in the office.

Saturday, July 19th

10:00am – Craft for all Ages – Polk Room

Come on down to the Polk Room for a fun and relaxing craft, all you need to bring is your creativity. We will be making your very own custom tote bags and we will provide all the materials you need. Cost of this craft is only $8.00 and you must sign up in the office.

11:00am – Water Gun Tie-Dye Shirts – Polk Patio

This is a spin on traditional tie-dye. We will be bringing out the big guns and shooting paint at our shirts. This craft is fun for all ages. Shirts can be purchased in the office for $8.00 and if you bring your own there is a few of $5.00 for the materials. Please sign up in the office.

12:00pm – Free Throw Contest – Basketball Court

This will be a simple straight forward competition. We will have three different age groups, 8 & under, 9-16 years and 17 & over. The guest who make the most free throws out of 15 in each groups will win a $25.00 gift card.

1:00pm – Plastic Wrap Ball Game – Polk Room

As the temps warm up, we are headed inside for a fun and challenging game. Each person will have a seat at the table and one person will be holding a huge plastic wrapped ball full of prizes. On go the person holding the ball will begin to unwrap the ball to claim the prizes inside while the person next to them rolls a pair of dice. When the person rolls a double, the ball then gets passed to the them and the next person begins rolling the dice while the ball is being unwrapped. This will continue until the last prize of a $25.00 gift is collected. We will have a kids ball and adult ball for all to play.

2:00pm – Blanket Relay Race – Quad

Grab a partner and come on down to the Quad for a relay race that is sure to have you laughing. There will be teams of two and how this works is one team member will lay down on a the blanket while the other is holding on to it. When whistle blows the team member holding the blanket will then pull the other team member across the mid line and then the players change places the one that started out of the blanket has to pull their partner across the finish line. The team to finish first wins a scoop of ice cream from the Fillmore Pizza Parlor.

3:00pm – Super Soaker Wagon Ride – Quad

Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirter. Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids squirting at the RVers, who have hoses aimed at the wagon to squirt back! This is a kids vs adults competition to see who gets totally drenched!

6:00pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for the Jefferson for a mouth watering meal! On the menu for this evening Shrimp Scampi with Linguini, Ceaser Salad, Garlic Bread and Red Velvet Cake for dessert. All of this for only $12.00.

Please purchase your $12.00 meal tickets by 2:00 pm Friday afternoon in the office.

Sunday, July 20th

9:00am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Join us in the Jefferson for French Toast Casserole with real maple syrup, Biscuits and gravy, Breakfast Pizza, Fresh Fruit, Coffee and Juice. All for only $8.00.

Please purchase your $8 breakfast tickets by noon on Saturday in the office.
