We are offering a $10 buy-in 9-ball tournament for the first 8 people who sign up. Legally pocket the 9-ball to win your match on our tournament-quality Olhausen tables.

5:30 pm – Bingo Bites and Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for some of the best Mojo Pork Kebabs, with grilled vegetables and pineapple before exciting rounds of bingo. The cost is $10.00, which includes food and 1 bingo card.

Around 6 pm, we will transition into 4 fast-paced games of bingo with full payouts. Each additional card is only $5.00(cash only), and will be good for all 4 games.

You can win up to $150.00 or more!

7:00 – 8:00 pm – Ice Cream and Board Game Night – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Saturday, July 20th

10:00 am – Floral Mason Jars- $2 – Polk Room

We will be using real wildflowers and ‘painting’ them onto a mason jar that

can be used as a votive candle holder or flower vase!

11:00 am – Tie Dye Special – Washington Complex

Children and adults are invited to create the best design for your tie-dye T-shirt. Make it colorful and crazy. The fun will go on rain or shine. Our staff will offer helpful hints

to make your tie-dye event memorable.

Please buy a T-shirt ($8) in advance at the office or BYO T-shirt.

12:00 – 1 pm Pool Party with DJ and Dance Contest – Pool

Relax at the Pool with DJ Chip Harvey! There will be pool games, including a rubber ducky race, dancing, water volleyball, sharks and minnows. Our DJ will direct everyone when an activity starts, and our staff will be handing out free popsicles.

There will be a short dance contest, and the winner will get a $25 Amazon gift card.

1:30 pm – Cornhole Tournament – Quad

The first eight two-person teams who sign up will enjoy a single elimination format of tournament cornhole. The winning team receives two Amazon gift cards ($25 each).

2:30 pm – Water Balloon Toss – Quad

This game requires teams of two to catch a fragile water balloon thrown over a long distance by a teammate. Play continues with teams tossing the water balloon to one another until only one team is left. Each winning team member gets a free scoop of ice cream from the Fillmore Ice Cream Parlor.

3:00 pm – Super Soaker Wagon Ride – Jefferson Event Center

Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirters. Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids loaded to squirt at the RVers, who will have their hoses aimed at the wagon to squirt back! This is a kids vs adults competition to see who gets totally drenched!

4:30 – DuCard Winery: Tasting – Jefferson Center

Enjoy a free wine tasting from DuCard Vineyards, their finest whites and reds.

This event will include charcuterie boards with cured meats, veggies, cheeses and crackers.

6:00pm – Grilled Marinated Skirt Steak – Jefferson Center

Tonight’s meal will consist of  Teriyaki marinated and grilled to perfection skirt steak, fresh potato wedges, slow roasted Brussel sprouts, Tomatoes Provencal, rolls and for dessert lemon cream cake. All of this for only $12.00

7:00pm – Live Music – Josh Davidson

Grab your chairs, blankets and don’t forget those ice-cold drinks for an evening under the stars with live music by Josh Davidson.

8:00 pm – Glow in the Dark Night Volleyball – Volleyball Courts

Play a game of just-for-fun nighttime volleyball. Wear a white T-shirt, and we will bring the glow sticks and glow-in-the-dark volleyball for an epic volleyball match!

Sunday, July 21st

9:00am – Sunday Breakfast Galore – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a homemade breakfast with French toast casserole served with real maple syrup, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, breakfast pizza, juices and coffee and Kahlua. All for only $8.00
