Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try another one of our specialty sandwiches, paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, January 9th

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! We are still working on the perfect meal for tonight, and will have it posted very soon. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, January 10th

10:00 am – Kids Craft – Polk Room

10am-Come with us to transform an ordinary afternoon into a nature-filled adventure with a simple yet delightful craft: pine cone bird feeder. This hands-on project combines creativity, sustainability, and a touch of outdoor magic. With just a few natural materials and pantry staples, it’s possible to create a charming feeder that invites colorful birds right to the window or backyard. Perfect for all ages, this craft not only sparks imagination but also helps support local wildlife through the colder months. Get ready to roll up some sleeves, embrace a little mess, and watch the backyard come alive with fluttering wings and cheerful chirps.

11:00 am –  Plastic Wrap Game – Polk Room

Get ready for laughter, chaos, and a race against time with the ultimate party challenge—the Plastic Wrap Game! Picture this: a giant ball of tightly wrapped plastic filled with hidden treasures, from candy to gift cards, waiting to be uncovered. The twist? The player unwrapping the ball must wear bulky oven mitts, making every tug and tear a hilarious struggle. Meanwhile, the person next to them frantically rolls the dice, hoping to land doubles and steal the turn. The faster the doubles, the quicker the switch—and the louder the laughter. It’s a whirlwind of excitement, competition, and surprise that keeps everyone on the edge of their seat until the very last prize is revealed.

12:00 pm – Crepe Paper Streamer Race – Polk Room

Join us with a fast-paced Crepe Paper Streamer Race! This fast-paced challenge turns simple party streamers into the ultimate test of speed and coordination. Each player grabs a roll of crepe paper and races to see who can unroll it the fastest. Whoever unrolls it the fastest, wins!

1:00 pm – Skittles Sorting Showdown – Polk Room

Get ready to put focus and speed to the ultimate test with the Skittles Sorting Showdown! What starts as a simple task quickly turns into a high-stakes, head-to-head competition filled with energy and excitement. Two players face off, racing to sort their colorful Skittles by hue faster than their opponent. The winner advances to challenge the next competitor, and the tension builds with every round. Cheers, laughter, and a flurry of candy colors fill the air as the competition heats up—until one lightning-fast sorter claims the title of ultimate Skittles Champion!

2:00 pm – Slappy Hand – Polk Room

Get ready for fast reflexes, quick thinking, and a whole lot of chaos with the ultimate test of speed—Slappy Hand! The table is set with shiny coins, one fewer than the number of players, and the tension builds as everyone grips their sticky slappy hands, ready for action. At the signal, it’s a wild scramble to snag a coin before they’re all gone! Miss your mark, and you’re out of the game. Round after round, the competition gets fiercer, the laughter louder, and the stakes higher. It all comes down to the final two players in a heart-pounding showdown—only one will claim the last coin and the title of Slappy Hand Champion!

This hands-on activity transforms an ordinary glass into a personalized masterpiece, perfect for sipping in style. With paints, gems, glitter, and endless design possibilities, each glass becomes a reflection of personality and flair. Laughter fills the room as everyone dives into their artistic side, swapping ideas and showing off their unique creations. Whether it’s bold and glamorous or sleek and simple, every finished glass tells its own story—ready to raise a toast to creativity, fun, and an afternoon to remember!
