Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try another one of our specialty sandwiches, paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, January 16th

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Manhattan Style Fish Chowder and a Hearty Grilled Cheese Sandwich. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, January 17th

10:00 am – Kids Craft – Polk Room

Get ready for a whirlwind of creativity, color, and competition with the ultimate Cookie Decorating Contest! The table is set with blank cookies, vibrant icing, and a rainbow of toppings—now it’s time to see who can turn their sweet canvas into a masterpiece. Frosting flies, sprinkles scatter, and imaginations run wild as contestants race against the clock to craft the most eye-catching, mouthwatering designs. Every swirl, drizzle, and detail counts as the judges prepare to crown the ultimate cookie artist. It’s a delicious showdown of skill, style, and sugary flair—may the best decorator win! The cost of the craft is only $5.00 and please sign up at the office.

11:00 am –  Fruit Roll-Up Eating Contest – Polk Room

Get ready for a Fruit Roll-Up eating contest! Each contestant starts with one end of a Fruit Roll-Up in their mouth and the rest dangling down—no hands allowed! At the signal, it’s a wild race to see who can eat their fruit roll-up the fastest using only their mouth. It’s fast, funny, and full of flavor—only one will conquer the challenge and earn the title of Fruit Roll-Up Champion!.

12:00 pm – Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Cup – Polk Room

Join us in an exciting game of Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Cup! A fun and energetic game where people get into groups of two and place a red solo cup in between the two people. Players stand facing each other with a cup placed on the ground between them. When the caller calls out body parts such as “head,” “shoulders,” or “knees,” players must quickly touch that body part with both hands. As soon as the caller shouts “CUP!”, both players race to grab the cup, and the first one to do so wins the round.

1:00 pm – Musical Cups – Polk Room

Get ready for rhythm, laughter, and a dash of chaos with the high-energy game of Musical Cups! The music is pumping, the cups are lined up, and everyone’s on edge waiting for the beat to stop. Just like musical chairs—but with cups—players circle the table, moving in time with the music, hearts racing as the tension builds. When the music cuts off, it’s a mad dash to grab a cup before they’re all gone! One player is left out each round, and the competition gets fiercer as the cups disappear one by one.

2:00 pm – Tic Tac Challenge – Polk Room

Gather everyone for a hilarious, fast-paced Emptying Tic Tac challenge! Each player grabs a stick with Tic Tac containers glued to both ends, places it carefully in their mouth, and braces for the ultimate test of coordination. The goal? Tip and shake those Tic Tacs out—without using hands—until both containers are completely empty! Only one player will conquer the challenge and claim the title of Tic Tac Champion!

3:00 pm – Adult Craft – Polk Room

-Lets dive into a wave of creativity and coastal charm with painting a shell for a jewelry dish! This hands-on craft transforms simple seashells into stunning, personalized jewelry holders that shimmer with color and style. Perfect for holding rings, earrings, or tiny treasures. Turning nature’s beauty into a dazzling keepsake to cherish! The cost of this craft is $8.00 and please sign up in the office.

5:30 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for an evening among friends. We’ll be serving Smoked BBQ Salmon, Steamed Vegetables, Rice Pilaf, Rolls, Dessert, beer, wine, and drinks for the kids. The cost of this meal is only $12.00.

Cost of the meal has not been set yet, but all meals range from $10.00 to $25.00 depending on what’s being served. Please purchase your meal tickets by 2:00 pm Friday at the office.

Sunday, January 18th

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you head home today, come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for a hearty breakfast. Enjoy French Toast, Bacon, Fried Breakfast Potatoes, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All of this for only $8.00.

Please purchase your $8.00 meal tickets by noon Saturday at the office.
