5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for Grilled Chicken Sliders and Potatoes O’Brien, beer, wine, and kid-friendly drinks. The cost of the meal is only $8.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Please purchase your $8.00 meal tickets by 2:00 pm Friday at the office.

7:30 pm – Haunted House Opens – Quad

Join us for an thrilling adventure as you enter the Haunted House!  In the dark of night,  kids and adults can experience the excitement of “fog-filled” corridors with black lights that illuminate classic Halloween images that include goblins, graveyards, clowns, scares, and screams. Indeed, this haunted adventure is an unforgettable, super fun occasion designed for kids and adults. Parents, we will have a less scary version of the Haunted House for the little ones on Saturday afternoon.

Saturday, October 25th

 10:00 am – Family Halloween Craft – Polk Room

Come on down to the Polk for a fun craft that will be used for one of today’s games. We will be making Halloween Racing Spiders  Cost of this craft is $5.00 and you must sign up in the office. 

11:00 am – Halloween Racing Spider – Quad

Bring you Racing spider over to the Quad for spider racing. We’ll hook your spider up to the spider zip line, let the go and see who’s spider is the fastest.  The guest with the fastest spider will receive a free scoop of ice cream from the Fillmore Ice Cream Parlor.

12:00 pm – Bobbing for Apples  – Quad

Come on over to the quad and Bob for Apples. We will have individual buckets with 3 apples each. Each guest will bob for the apples and the guest who gets all 3 out the quickest will receive a Madison Vines sweatshirt.

                                                         1:00 pm – Pumpkin Carving – Fillmore Pizza Parlor                                                              

Pick a pumpkin and come join us for pumpkin carving!  After you have finished carving your pumpkin, our judges will decide who the top winner is and they will receive a $25.00 gift card. The winner will be announced after the Hay Ride and then you can take your pumpkin home with you. Cost of this event is $5.00 and you must sign up in the office.

2:30 pm – Hay Wagon Ride – Quad

Come board the Hay Wagon for a relaxing ride through the resort and marvel at the many decorated campsites.

3:00 pm – Adult Halloween Craft – Polk Room

Adult’s join us in the Polk Room and paint your very own Fall Gourd Bird House. Cost of this craft is $10.00 and you must sign up in the office.

 3:00 to 4:00 pm – Haunted House Little Kids – Quad

Parents, if your little ones are to small to enjoy the scariness of our Haunted House, but they still want to come inside, now is the time. During these daylight hours our Haunted House may not seem as dreadful to the younger children and we will not have all the scary creatures jumping out at the little ones.

4:30 to 5:30 pm – Trick or Treat – Throughout the resort

Meet us at the Fillmore Pizza Parlor and begin your journey through the resort collecting your candy. Campers will be at their RV’s handing out the goodies to all our scary ghosts and goblins as you wander through the resort, but remember to say the magic words, Trick or Treat.

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for cooked to perfection Sirloin Steak with garlic butter, seared and caramelized on the outside and juicy on the inside. This meal is complimented by a fresh side salad, roasted asparagus, dinner rolls and Fruits of the Forest Pie for dessert  All for only $15.00

7:00 pm – Costume Contest/Site Decorating Awards – Jefferson Event Center

Grab your finest Halloween costume and join us in the event center for our costume contest and announcement of the Best Decorated Site. We will us our Madison Vines Applause-meter to determine the top 3 best costumes which will receive $75.00 for 1st place, $50.00 for 2nd Place and $25.00 for 3rd Place. Our judges will also be awarding $100.00 to the Best Decorated Site.

Join us for Good Eggs (bacon cups with eggs and cheese), fresh Danishes, muffins, fresh fruit, juice and coffee.  All for just $8.00!

Please purchase your $8.00 meal tickets by noon on Saturday in the office.
