Get the weekend rolling, please come meet your friends and neighbors and enjoy our original Philly (ribeye) Cheesesteaks paired with broccoli-cheese soup and fine beverages. This is the ultimate comfort food.  Around 6:15 we transition to a fast-paced Bingo that has a 100% payout with a jackpot of about $200 from the purchase of our five-game card pack for $5 (cash only).  Doors open at 5:30.

Saturday   10 – 11                      Crafts:  Create a Fall Tree                                 Polk Crafts Room

Unleash your creative side by creating a beautiful maple tree with colorful Fall leaves and twigs.  The high caliber of creativity is sure to please the family.  Several additional crafts will be available as supervised by our staff.  This event is in the Polk Arts and Crafts Room adjacent to the ice cream/pizza parlor in our Washington Complex (“barn”) building.

10 – 11                                     More  Crafts:  Pumpkin Painting                            Polk Crafts Room

While in the creative mode, stay in the Polk Arts and Crafts room to enjoy good clean fun painting a pumpkin of your choice.  We provide the paints and the pumpkins for a modest $5.  Your artistic approach to painting the orange globe can vary from the splatter effect, to a pour on, to a fine brush technique, to a barrage of colors with a broad brush.  There will be no such thing as a poorly painted pumpkin.

This will be a straight forward “who makes the most out of 15 foul shots” competition that will be broken into two flights: kids under 16 and adults.  Each flight winner is awarded a $25 Amazon gift card. Sign up to play at Office.

5:30                                               Smoked BBQ Meatloaf Dinner                                 Jefferson Center

After a classic Caesar salad, we offer perhaps the finest meatloaf you may ever taste, prepared by an eight-hour hickory smoke and topped with a homemade BBQ sauce. Sides dishes include the perfect mashed potatoes, beautifully glazed baby carrots, and a homemade cherry slab pie.  Fine beverages enhance the experience.  There is limited seating so please reserve early at the office or

6:15 – 8:15              Outdoor Movie Night at the Quad: “RV” w/ Robin Williams               The Quad     

The quadrangle area between the pool and the Jefferson Event Center will be staged with a HUGE outdoor movie screen (bigger than Texas) and massive speakers to roll the hilarious Robin Williams classic: RV !   Bring a lawn chair, a super cozy blanket, dress warmly and kick back with a beverage, our free popcorn, or a free hot chocolate.  This movie set-up will be memorable for all ages.

7:00 – 9                                                Smores  &  Games                       Washington Complex Center            

Join us at the Washington Complex for a cozy evening with something for everyone.  Buy a smores kit ($2) and gather around our outdoor wood-burning fire pits.  Indoors, enjoy board games, pizza, chicken wings, ice cream, and music that add to the fun of an a 5pm open play billiard tourney on our professional grade tables and our indoor, super-fast, 22 foot shuffleboard table that is simply awesome.

Sunday   9 – 10                          Pancake  Breakfast  Galore                                 Jefferson Center

Start your day with a hot breakfast featuring homemade pancakes with a biscuits and gravy, warm breakfast pizza, fresh fruit, muffins, juice and fine coffee.  Only $5 (age 3 & up) at the door or sign up at office.
