5:00 pm – Social Hour & Trivia – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try another one of our specialty sandwiches, paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, December 19th

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! Before bingo, enjoy Cheese Burger Sliders and Chips,  beer, wine, and kid-friendly drinks. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, December 20th

10:00 am – Kids Craft – Polk Room

Join us in the Polk for a fun kids craft and hot chocolate. Today we will be creating a Ornaments. Cost of this craft is $8.00 and please sign up in the office.

11:00 am – Saran Wrap Game – Quad

 In this challenge, a person will be rolling dice to land doubles while the person next to them is unwrapping a saran wrap ball loaded with surprises. When the person rolling the dice rolls the double, them then receive the ball and the next person rolls the dice. At the end of the ball, there will be a $25.00 gift card.

12:00 pm – Christmas Nut Stacker – Quad

In this challenge you will be given a candy cane and some nuts. You will put the candy cane through the nut and start stacking. The person who has the most stacked nuts after 60 seconds will win a free pizza from the Fillmore Pizza Parlor.

1:00 pm – Snowball Pick Up – Quad

Each player is given a plastic spoon, 1 empty bowl, and 1 bowl filled with white pom poms or cotton balls. The player will put the spoon between their teeth and use it to try and scoop the cotton balls out of one bowl and add them to the other bowl.  The player with the most snowballs moved in 60 seconds will win a free ice cream from the Fillmore Ice Cream Parlor.

2:00 pm – Ugly Sweater Contest – Quad

Get out those ugly sweaters out and come on down to the pizza parlor for our Ugly Sweater Contest. Sweaters will be judged on creativity, festiveness, visual impact, attention to detail, humor and effort. The top 3 winners will win a special prize.

3:00 pm – Adult Crafts – Polk Room

Embrace the warmth and beauty of autumn with us! We invite you to a special gathering filled with friendship, laughter, and delightful fall inspiration. This weekend we’re featuring a Christmas Gnome that captures the essence of the season. Cost of this craft is $10.00.

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join us in the Jefferson for a delicious meal. On the menu tonight: Over the Top Chili with all the fixin’s, Cornbread, dessert, beer wine and other kid friendly beverages. All of this for only $12.00.

Sunday, December 21st

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

To round out the perfect weekend, stop by the Jefferson Event Center and enjoy breakfast with us. On the menu: Scrambled Eggs, Sausage Links, Biscuits & Gravy, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All for only $8.00!

Please purchase your $8.00 meal tickets by noon on Saturday in the office.
