Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try one of our other specialty sandwiches paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, August 28th

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Hearty Grilled Cheese and Chicken Noodle Soup. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, August 29th

10:00 am – Family Craft – Polk Room

Start the morning off with a DIY lava lamp! With a few simple ingredients and a splash of color, swirling blobs of “lava” come to life right before your eyes!

11:00 am – Sink or Float – Quad

It’s time to test those guessing skills with the exciting game of Sink or Float. A big bucket of water is ready, and a pile of mystery objects is waiting to make a splash—or not! We will hold up an item and ask the big question: Will it sink or will it float? Players must pick a side—stand with “Sink” or “Float”—and see if their prediction holds up. Guess right and stay in the game; guess wrong and you’re out!

12:00 pm – Waiter Water Chain – Quad

Get ready to splash, scramble, and race your way to victory in the ultimate teamwork showdown! The Waiter Water Chain is all about balance, speed, and a whole lot of laughter. Two teams will face off to see who can move their tray of water cups from one side to the other the fastest—without spilling a drop! Everyone starts lying down in a line, ready to pass the tray from one teammate to the next. As soon as the tray leaves your hands, jump up, sprint to the end of the line, and get ready to keep the chain moving. But watch out—if a cup tips or falls, your team has to start all over again! The team that gets their tray across the finish line first, without spilling, wins!

1:00 pm – Floating Challenge – Quad

Step into the square and get ready for a whirlwind of fun and focus! In this fast-paced game, every move counts. The goal: collect all the white balls without touching the colorful ones—and keep a balloon floating in the air the entire time! Stay inside the square, keep that balloon bouncing, and grab those white balls without picking up a colored one. One wrong move and the balloon drops or the wrong color gets picked up! The person who picks up all the white balls the fastest, without dropping their balloon or picking up a colored ball, wins!

2:00 pm – Adult Craft – Polk Room

Welcome to an evening of creativity, color, and calming light! This marble lantern is the perfect blend of relaxation and artistry—where glass, color, and glow come together to create something truly beautiful. With just a few simple materials, each lantern transforms into a one-of-a-kind piece!

3:00 pm – Super Soaker Hay Ride – Quad

Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirter. Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids squirting at the RVers, who have hoses aimed at the wagon to squirt back! This is a kids vs adults competition to see who gets totally drenched!

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join Us at the Jefferson Event Center! Enjoy a delicious meal featuring: Chicken Fried Steak, Mashed Potatoes with White Gravy, Peas, Roll, and Dessert.

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you head home today, come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for a hearty breakfast. Enjoy Scrambled Eggs, Breakfast Pizza, Bacon, Home Fries, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All of this for only $8.00.
