Friday   5:30 – 7                     Bingo, Hot dogs and Brats & Fine Beverages              Jefferson Center

Come meet your friends and neighbors while enjoying grilled Hot Dogs, Brats and baked beans.  Around 6:15 we will transition to a fast-paced Bingo that has a 100% payout with the final jackpot about $180 from the purchase of our five-game card pack for $5 (cash only).  Doors open at 5:30.

Saturday   10 – 11:00                                   DIY Sock Caterpillar                                             Polk Crafts Room

Let’s craft up a few really cool sock caterpillars. We will use different colored socks and create beautiful caterpillars!  We will help you stuff your socks, adding antennas and eyes to give them a charming personality, and guess what?  You get to take your very own sock caterpillar home!

11:00 – 12:30                                              Cornhole Tournament                                                            Quad

The first eight, two person teams who sign up will enjoy a single elimination format of tournament corn hole.  Each team will compete in their bracket where you play to 21 points to advance to the next round.  The winning team receives two Amazon Gift Cards ($25 each).  Sign up to play at Office.

1 – 1:30                                                           Water  Balloon  Toss                                                            Quad

This game requires teams of two to catch a fragile water balloon that is thrown over a long distance by a teammate.  After all teams have thrown their water balloon, the teams will take a step backwards from their partner.  Play continues with teams tossing the water balloon to one another until there is only one team left.  Each of the winning team members get a scoop of our ice cream from Fillmore Ice Cream Parlor.

1:30 – 2:30                                                Large  Parachute  Games                                                          Quad

Madison Vines proudly introduces a unique activity: parachute games!  This activity involves a large and vibrant parachute held by six to ten kids.  We will start with “the Popcorn game” played with small ping pong balls, rubber duckies and more that are “Popped” off the parachute!  We then move on to play other Parachute games like Launch and Duck – Duck – Goose.

3 – 4                                                      Super  Soaker  Wagon  Ride                                      Jefferson Center

Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirters.  Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids squirting at the RVers, who have hoses aimed at the wagon to squirt back!  This is a kids vs adults competition to see who gets totally drenched!  Of course, our staff will be monitoring this big time, super soaking, fun activity on a hot summer day.

4 – 5:30                                                       Billiard Tournament                                    Taylor Billiard Room

We are offering a $10 buy-in 9-ball tournament for the first 12 people who sign up. Legally pocket the 9-ball to win your match on our tournament quality, Olhausen tables.  The final three flight winners will compete in brief shuffleboard tournament to set up the final round of two people competing in a 9-ball tournament for the $120 pot.  Sign up to play at Office.

6:15 – 9:15                                         Live Music by Tommy Woods                                                     Quad

Grab your chairs, blankets and don’t forget those ice-cold drinks to listen to certified, down-home country singer  Tommy Woods performing tunes from his eight country albums on the Quad at 5:30 to 8:30!  Kids will be given free glow sticks and bubbles to play while you listen to the music, and we will sponsor a country dance contest with three chances to win a $25 Amazon Certificate.  This event will rock.  This is not to be missed.

6 – 8                                                        Grilled Salmon Steaks                                              Jefferson Center

We will be serving Grilled Salmon Steaks with corn on the cob, wild rice, tomatoes and olive salad, and peas.  Vanilla cake ala mode will top off dessert. There is limited seating.  Please reserve your seats at the office or call 540 – 948 – 4186.  Only $8 per person.

Sunday   9 – 10                                    Pancake  Breakfast  Galore                                    Jefferson Center

Start your day with a hot breakfast featuring homemade pancakes with hashbrown casserole, breakfast pizza & complemented with juice, fresh fruit, muffins or pastry of choice and fine coffee.  $5 per person (age 3 & up) at the door or sign up at office.
