5:30 pm – Bingo Bites and Bingo

Join us before bingo for a beautiful and amazing fresh Chicken or Tuna Salad, served on a bed of Romaine Lettuce with tomatoes and cucumbers.

The cost is $10.00, which includes food and 1 bingo card.  Around 6 p.m., we transition into four fast-paced bingo games with full payouts.

Each additional card is only $5.00(cash only) and is good for all four games.

7:30 pm – Sip and Paint with Artist Erika Meadows – Polk Craft Room

Join us at the Polk Craft Room for an ADULT ONLY sip and paint with artist Erika Meadows.  Hand paint a unique design onto a wine glass to bring with you to Ducard Winery or to bring home as a memento of your time visiting us here at Madison Vines! We will have a great selection of complimentary wines available along with a beautiful Charcuterie board to snack on.

Saturday, August 24th

9:30 am – Flower Potting Craft – Polk Craft Room

Each person will get a flower pot to decorate to their liking, as well as the opportunity to pick their flowers to plant and take home to enjoy.

*Please sign up in the Office (to ensure we have enough supplies)*

11:00 am – T-Shirt Stencil Painting – Polk Craft Room

Come enjoy a fun family craft, making personalized shirts or tote bags with wine or camping themed stencils. Buy a shirt or tote bag from the office There will be fun & different stencils to make your shirt unique! Cost is $8.00

12:30 pm- Free Throw Contest – Basketball Court

This will be a simple, straightforward competition. Whoever makes the most out of 15 free throw shots wins. This competition will be divided into two flights: children 16 and under and adults.

The winner of each flight will get a $25 Amazon gift card.

1:30 pm – Cornhole Tournament – Quad

The first eight two-person teams who sign up will enjoy a single elimination format of tournament cornhole.  The winning team receives two Amazon gift cards ($25 each).

2:30 –Water Balloon Volleyball – Volleyball Court

This game requires teams of two to catch a fragile water balloon tossed over the volleyball net with their towel.  We will separate teams on either side of the volleyball court.  The opposing team has to catch the water balloons or get soaked!  We continue until we are out of balloons.  Each Player needs to bring a towel to play.

3:30 pm – Super Soaker Wagon Ride – Jefferson Event Center

Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirters.  Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids loaded to squirt at the RVers, who will have their hoses aimed at the wagon to squirt back!  This is a kids vs adults competition to see who gets drenched!

5:00 pm – Food Truck and Ice Cream Social -Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Those not departing for Ducard can spend time at the Fillmore Pizza Parlor playing games and enjoy Just Dogs Hotdog Cart.  This traditional hot dog cart with a modern flair will provide our guests with some great burgers, brats, dog and fries with all the fixing’s.  Each guest will pay Just Dogs directly. Come on down and let’s welcome them to Madison Vines!  Don’t forget to stick around buy your favorite ice cream when you’re finished with dinner!

6:00 pm – DUCARD WINE TASTING AT DUCARD!

We will board the buses around 5:30pm and head over to one of Virginia’s best wineries, Ducard Winery.  When we arrive, we’ll take a tour of the winery before settling down for an evening of great food and Ducard wines.  For dinner we’ll be serving Pork Crown Roast with a Summer Strawberry Salad, Green Beans and Pearl Onions,  Dinner Rolls and Homemade Banana Coconut Cream Pie.  All for only $45.00.

9:00am – Sunday Breakfast Galore – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for homemade Pancakes with real maple syrup,  biscuits and gravy, breakfast pizza, fresh fruit, juices and coffee & Kahlua.  All for only $8.00!
