We are offering a $10 buy-in 9-ball tournament for the first 8 people who sign up. Legally pocket the 9-ball to win your match on our tournament-quality Olhausen tables.

The final two people will compete in an 8-ball tournament for the $80 pot.

5:30 pm – Bingo Bites and Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for some of the best smash burgers in Virginia, complete with all the fixings and a side of French fries. The cost is $10.00, which includes food and 1 bingo card.

Around 6 p.m., we will transition into four fast-paced bingo games with full payouts. Each additional card is only $5.00(cash only) and is good for all four games.

You can win up to $150.00 or more!

10:00 am – Diamond Painting – Polk Room

Start off your morning with a fun craft!

Create a beautiful floral crystal design on a coaster to bring home!

*Please sign up in the Office (to ensure we have enough supplies)*

11:00 am – Tie Dye Special – Washington Complex

Children and adults are invited to create the best design for your tie-dye T-shirt. Make it colorful and crazy. The fun will go on rain or shine. Our staff will offer helpful hints

to make your tie-dye event memorable.

Please buy a T-shirt ($8) in advance at the office or BYO T-shirt.

12:00 pm – Pool Party with DJ Chip Harvey – Pool

Relax at the Pool with DJ Chip Harvey! There will be pool games, including a rubber ducky race, dancing, underwater races, sharks, and minnows. Our DJ will direct everyone when an activity starts, and our staff will be handing out free popsicles.

There will be a short dance contest, and the winner will get a $25 Amazon gift card

1:30 pm – Cornhole Tournament – Quad

The first eight two-person teams who sign up will enjoy a single elimination format of tournament cornhole. The winning team receives two Amazon gift cards ($25 each).

2:30 pm – Water Bucket Toss- Quad

Come join us for a fun game of Water Bucket Toss! We will split individuals into groups of 6; each person will receive their own bucket and a blindfold. Each team will start with a full bucket of water at the start of the line, and will dump the water behind them to every person  and we get to the last person. The team with the most water in their final bucket wins free ice cream treat!

3:30 pm – Super Soaker Wagon Ride – Jefferson Event Center

Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirters. Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids loaded to squirt at the RVers, who will have their hoses aimed at the wagon to squirt back! This is a kids vs adults competition to see who gets totally drenched!

4:00 pm – Bingo for Prizes – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Come escape the heat at the Fillmore Pizza Parlor for 3 quick rounds of bingo!

Each card will only cost $1 and will be reused for each round.

The winners will receive some awesome surprise prizes!

6:00 pm – Deb’s Smoked Bone-In Chicken Breast – Jefferson Event Center

Enjoy a flavorful, smoked-to-perfection bone-in chicken breast dinner with your choice of Roll Tide White Sauce or Raleigh Farmers Market Red Sauce and served with Lisa’s tomato, cucumber, and feta salad, homemade corn casserole, coleslaw, crescent rolls, and strawberry sorbet for dessert. All of this for only $14.00

Grab your chairs and blankets, and don’t forget those ice-cold drinks while enjoying

8:30 pm – Glow in the Dark Pool Volleyball – Pool

Come enjoy some friendly competition and play a round of volleyball in the pool!

This event will be epic!

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast Galore – $8 Per Person – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for breakfast and enjoy fresh made-to-order omelets with choices such as ham, cheese, veggies, or even just plain! We’ll also have options such as croissants, breakfast pizza, fresh fruit, juice, and mimosas.
