Friday, August 1st

5:30pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us at the Jefferson for a delightful evening featuring  Smash Burgers, French Fries, Beer, Wine and kid friendly drinks. Around 6:00pm, we transition into three to  four fast-paced bingo games. Cards are $5.00 cash at the door and are good for all games.

Please purchase your $5.00 meal tickets by 2:00 pm Friday afternoon in the office.

Saturday, August 2nd

10:00am – Lantern Craft – Polk Room

Join us in the Polk Room and for a fun craft for all ages. Today we will be making Pressed Flower Lanterns. These pressed flower lanterns are SO PRETTY and so much fun to make! It’s an easy summer craft for kids and adults, using mod podge and dried flowers. Cost of this craft is $8.00 and you must sign up in the office.

11:00am – Frozen Shirt Relay Race – Quad

Come on over to the Quad and cool off with this chilling frozen tee-shirt race. Each of you will start out with a completely frozen tee-shirt, you will have to unfold it, put it on and the first person to get across the finish line will win a $25.00 gift card.

11:30pm – Cornhole Tournament – Quad

Let’s start the morning off with a friendly game of Cornhole. We will be taking the first ten, two-person teams who sign up for a single elimination format of tournament cornhole. The winning team will each receive a $25.00 gift card. Please sign up your team in office.

12:30pm – Tie-Dye T-Shirts – Polk Room

Join us for a fun Tie-Dye shirt craft! Make your shirt into a work of art with the help of our talented staff! Purchase T-shirts at the store for only $8.00 or bring if you bring your own shirt to Tie-Dye cost is $5.00. Must sign up in the office.

1:30pm – Water Kick Ball – Quad

Come on down to the quad and join us for a fun game of Slip n’ Slide kickball. Slip and slide kickball is a fun variation of the game where the baselines are made slippery, and the bases are pools full of water. This will allow players to slide instead of run when advancing bases. It’s essentially kickball with a water slide element, adding an extra layer of excitement and strategy. We will take teams of 10 to play each other and you are sure to have a fun time!

3:00pm – Super Soaker Wagon Ride – Quad

Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirter. Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids squirting at the RVers, who have hoses aimed at the wagon to squirt back! This is a kids vs adults competition to see who gets totally drenched!

6:00pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Come on down to the Jefferson and enjoy a mouthwatering homemade meal. On the menu BBQ Chicken Breasts, Cole Slaw, Corn Casserole, Tomato Wedges, Crescent Rolls and Strawberry Sorbet for dessert.  Cost is only $12.00.

Sunday, August 3rd

9:00am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before heading out, come on down to the Event Center and have breakfast with us. We will be cooking up some amazing Omelets made to order with, cheese, ham, bacon or veggies. Also on the menu, Croissants, Fresh Fruit, Coffee and Juice.

Please purchase your breakfast tickets by noon on Saturday in the office.
