APRIL 26 – 28 EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES

FRIDAY 4/26

1:00 pm – Ceramic Piggy Bank Painting – Polk Room

Paint a festive ceramic at the Polk Arts and Crafts room. Larger ceramics ($7) and smaller ceramics ($4) are a hoot to paint with holiday themes. Ceramics include dinosaurs, unicorns, aliens, and more! Use your imagination and our special sparkles to make these “works of art” come to life! Buy your ceramics in advance at the office.

3:00 pm – Butterfly Suncatchers Craft – $2 – Polk Room

Adults are invited to create a special butterfly suncatcher craft. Each person who attends will be able to decorate a suncatcher, which can be used to decorate your windows or as a small gift. Our staff will offer helpful hints to make your suncatchers amazing!

5:30 – Bingo – Hot Buffalo Chicken Dip – $5/person – Jefferson Event Center –

Join us for a hot buffalo chicken dip with crispy bread wedges before a round of Bingo. Around 6:15, we transition to a fast-paced Bingo with a full payout resulting in a jackpot of about $150 from purchasing our five-game card pack for $5 (cash only).

SATURDAY 4/27

9:00 am – Morning Cartoons/Coloring- Polk Room

Good morning to all early birds. To start your day, enjoy some peace and quiet with some coloring and cartoons.

10:00 am – Kids: Build your own Kite – Polk Room

Come to the Polk Room to decorate your very own kite! Draw a cool dragon or stencil your name, and then fly it out on the Quad!

11:00 am – Adults: Make a Flower Candle – $5 – Polk Room

Come to the Polk Room to decorate a large white candle with pressed flowers. We will use hot wax to adhere the pressed flowers to the candle. The cost is $5 per candle.

1 PM Billiard Tournament – Taylor Billiard Room

We are offering a $10 buy-in 8-ball tournament for the first 8 people who sign up.

Legally pocket the 8-ball to win your match on our tournament-quality, Olhausen tables. The final two people compete in an 8-ball tournament for the $80 pot.

3:00 – Corn Hole Tournament – Game Tent

The first eight two-person teams who sign up will enjoy a single elimination format of tournament corn hole. Each team will compete in their bracket where you play to 21 points to advance to the next round.

The winning team receives two Amazon gift cards @ $25 each.

4:00 pm – Adults v Kids Shaving Cream Wiffle Ball – Quad

Join us for a fun Adults v Kids baseball game with a whiffle ball, bat, and shaving cream! Before each pitch, you fill the ball with shaving cream. As the bat hits, it splatters everywhere—as you catch the ball, you get covered in shaving cream!

6:00 pm – Broiled Lobster Tail – $23/ person – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a delicious broiled lobster tail with a spring-mixed salad, fresh veggies,

and a crescent roll.

For dessert, enjoy our lemon meringue pie.

*Must sign up ahead of time in the Office.

6:00 pm -Steele Peach – Quad

Join us for the country/rock band Steele Peach.

Bring your chairs and drinks,

enjoy a warm fire, and listen to some good music out on the quad!

Popcorn and drinks for sale on the quad.

SUNDAY 4/28

9:00 am – Breakfast Galore – $5/person – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for breakfast with homemade biscuits and gravy, pancakes with real maple syrup, fresh fruit and juices,

croissants, and breakfast pizza.
