APRIL 19 – 21 WEEKEND ACTIVITIES

FRIDAY 4/19

1:00pm – Teddy Mountain Stuffy Animals – $15 – Polk Room

Create your own Stuffed Animal, by purchasing a unstuffed toy at the Office and then come down to the Polk Room to stuff your friend, give a birth certificate and name!

3:00pm – Earth Day Garden Pot Craft – Polk Room

Enjoy Earth Day by planting your own flowers. Every flower pot includes a choice of seed, mini shovel, and name tag.

Join us at the Polk Room to decorate and personalize your flower pot.

4:30- Movie Night – Polk Room

Come and watch Wall-e Movie at the Polk Room where we will be selling drinks and snacks to make your movie night complete!

5:30 – Bingo, Bites and Beverages- $5/person – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for grilled Cheeseburger Sliders with seasoned potato wedges before a round of Bingo. Around 6:15, we transition to a fast-paced Bingo with a full payout resulting in a jackpot of about $150 from purchasing our five-game card pack for $5 (cash only).

SATURDAY 4/20

9:00am – Morning Cartoons/Coloring- Polk Room

Good morning to all early birds. To start your day, enjoy some peace and quiet with some Earth Day coloring and cartoons.

10:00 am – Kids: Fairy Garden Homes – Polk Room

Come to the Polk Room to decorate your very own fairy home and then take it home to your garden or donate it to Madison Vines so we can start our own!

12:00 pm – 3v3 Basketball Tournament – Basketball Court

The first 6 teams to sign up at the office will be entered into our single-elimination tournament. Each team plays a fast 10 minute, half court game to advance to the next round. The winning team will win three Amazon Gift Cards @ $25 each.

3:00 – Corn Hole Tournament – Game Tent

The first eight two-person teams who sign up will enjoy a single elimination format of tournament corn hole. Each team will compete in their bracket where you play to 21 points to advance to the next round.

The winning team receives two Amazon Gift Cards @ $25 each.

4:30 pm – Scavenger Hunt – Polk Craft Room

Join us for a delightful and interesting “Photo Scavenger Hunt” to find the Treasures of Madison Vines that will be scattered throughout the property! All kids under 18 who participate and complete the list will enjoy a free ice cream cone from our

Fillmore Ice Cream & Pizza Parlor.

6:00 pm – Roast Whole Turkey Breast Dinner – $12/ person – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a delicious “Turkey in April” dinner with a fresh garden salad, perfectly roasted turkey breast with prosciutto ham and sage stuffing, mashed potatoes with gravy, and a flaky biscuit. For dessert, enjoy our home made apple crisp.

6:00 pm – Mark Anderson Music – Jefferson Event Center

Join us on the patio near the Jefferson Event Center and listen to music from local artist Mark Anderson! Glow sticks and games will be provided for the kids!

Bring your own drinks and a snack or join us for our delicious Turkey Dinner!

SUNDAY 4/21

9:00am – Breakfast Galore – $5/person – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for breakfast with home made waffles with whipped butter and real maple syrup, Pound cake, fresh fruit, juices, fine coffee,

and breakfast pizza make this breakfast extra special.
