5:00 pm – Social Hour & Trivia – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try one of our other specialty sandwiches paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, July 3rd

 12:00 pm – Family Craft – Polk Room

Step into a world of imagination and magic by creating a whimsical fairy house! This enchanting craft invites creativity, storytelling, and a touch of nature to build a tiny home fit for fairies and woodland friends.

1:00 pm – Free Throw Contest – Basketball Court

This will be a simple, straightforward competition. We will have three different age groups: 8 & under, 9-16 years, and 17 & over. The guest who makes the most free throws out of 15 in each group will win a $15 gift certificate to the Madison Vines Store.

2:00 pm – Hot Potato – Quad

-Lets play Water Balloon Hot Potato! Everyone stands in a circle and passes a water balloon as fast as they can while music plays. When the music suddenly stops, the player holding the balloon is out and has to pop it over their head! A new balloon is tossed in and the game continues until only one champion remains.

3:00 pm – Slip n’ Slide Kickball – Quad

Come on down to the quad and join us for a fun game of Slip n’ Slide kickball. Slip and slide kickball is a fun variation of the game where the baselines are made slippery, and the bases are pools full of water. This will allow players to slide instead of run when advancing bases. It’s essentially kickball with a water slide element, adding an extra layer of excitement and strategy. We will take teams of 10 to play each other and you are sure to have a fun time!

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Smash Burgers, Chips, beer, wine, and kid-friendly drinks. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

7:00 pm – Water Volley Ball – Pool

Splash into Fun! Come on down to the pool for an exciting match of water volleyball! Bring your energy, your teammates, and your best serve — it’s time to make a splash and show off those skills.

Let’s dive into some friendly competition and cool off with great company!

Saturday, July 4th

10:00 am – Family Craft – Polk Room

Discover the timeless art of hand-building with clay by creating simple and beautiful pinch pots. This classic craft is perfect for beginners and artists alike, offering a relaxing and rewarding way to shape something unique with just your hands.  The cost of this craft is $8.00 and please be sure to sign up at the office.

11:00 am – Sponge Relay Race – Quad

Gather around for The Sponge Relay Race! The sponge relay race is a splashy, laughter-filled game that’s perfect for warm days and group fun! Players race to transfer water using only a sponge, testing teamwork, speed, and coordination. Players will be divided into two teams.

A bucket full of water will be placed at the starting line and an empty bucket at the finish line for each team. The first player soaks the sponge in the water, runs to the empty bucket, and squeezes out as much water as possible. They run back and pass the sponge to the next teammate. The race continues until time runs out or one team fills their bucket to a marked line!

12:00 pm – Tie Dye – Polk Room

Get ready to add a burst of color and creativity to the day! It’s time to twist, fold, and swirl fabric into one-of-a-kind masterpieces with tie-dye. With every squeeze of dye, bright patterns and bold designs come to life — no two creations are ever the same! 

12:00 pm – Cornhole Tournament – Quad

The first ten two-person teams who sign up will enjoy a single-elimination format of tournament cornhole. The winning team receives a $25.00 Amazon gift card. Please sign your team up at the office.

1:00 pm – Water Balloon Battleship – Quad

Join us for a hilarious showdown — it’s time for the Water Balloon Battleship! This game takes place on the volleyball court, with large sheets draped over the net so you can’t see the other team. Players will form teams of two and quietly choose their spots on the court, hoping to stay safe. Each player gets one water balloon. Taking turns, one player from each side will lob their balloon over the net, trying to hit someone on the opposite team. If you’re hit — you’re out! The game continues until one side has no players left standing. But here’s the twist: every time a player is eliminated, the playable area of the court shrinks, forcing everyone closer together and making hits even more likely!

2:00 pm – Family Craft – Polk Room

Celebrate Independence Day with a festive and creative craft that waves with patriotic pride! A DIY ribbon flag is a fun, colorful project that’s perfect for decorating porches, parties, or parade floats.

3:00 pm – Super Soaker Hay Ride – Quad

Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirter. Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids squirting at the RVers, who have hoses aimed at the wagon to squirt back! This is a kids vs adults competition to see who gets totally drenched!

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Triple Threat BBQ Feast 

Come and enjoy a mouthwatering Triple Threat featuring juicy, smoked-to-perfection brisket, baby back ribs, and turkey. This hearty meal is paired with smoked pit beans, creamy mac & cheese, crisp coleslaw, warm rolls, and a sweet dessert to finish it off.

Gather your friends, bring your appetite, and dig into this Southern favorite for a fun, flavorful feast at Madison Vines!

Sunday, July 5th

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you head home today, come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for a hearty breakfast.  Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, French toast, fried potatoes, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All of this for only $8.00.
