Get your weekend started right with a fun and friendly evening! We’re hosting a casual get-together featuring good food, great company, and a bit of friendly competition. Unwind and enjoy the start of your weekend with friends and fellow guests. Savor a classic Philly Cheese Steak, oozing with cheese and packed with flavor, or try one of our other specialty sandwiches paired with a delicious side. The meal costs only $8.00.

At 6:00 PM, get ready for some brain-teasing fun with our trivia event! Teams of two can compete to answer a variety of questions. The team with the most correct answers will win a prize! Get your thinking caps on and prepare for a night of laughter and friendly competition. Don’t worry if you’re not a trivia expert – it’s all about having a good time! We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!

Friday, May 15th

5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Meatball Subs, pickle, chips, beer, wine, and kid-friendly drinks. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.

Saturday, May 16th

10:00 am – Family Craft – Polk Room

Create a dream catcher with us! A dream catcher is a beautiful handmade craft rooted in Native American tradition, believed to filter dreams by catching bad ones in its web and letting good dreams pass through. Creating one is both meaningful and decorative, perfect for hanging above a bed or as a thoughtful gift. The cost of this craft is $8.00 and please be sure to sign up at the office.

11:00 am – Yes or No – Quad

Join us for a fun game! It’s called Yes or No. The game is simple. There is a line and everyone will start on one side. One side represents the word “yes” and the other side represents the word “no”. There will be a leader who will yell “yes” or “no”. You have to jump on the correct side of what the leader is yelling. If you jump on the incorrect side you are out!

12:00 pm – Rock, paper, Scissor, Hop – Polk Room

Gather around to play Rock, Paper, Scissor, Hop! To begin the game, one person from each team must hop in the hula hoop until they reach the other person from the other side. Once they meet, they must play a game of rock paper scissors and whoever wins can continue hopping to the other end. Whoever lost the game of rock paper scissors must have someone on their team start hoping to meet the winner. The objective of the game is to make it all the way to the other side. Once a player from either team makes it to the other side, their team wins.

1:00 pm – Musical Chairs – Quad

Gather around! It’s time for one of the most fun, silly, and exciting games ever—MUSICAL CHAIRS! The music will start, and all you have to do is walk, dance, or wiggle your way around the chairs. When the music stops—find a seat! Each round gets a little sillier as we take away one chair.

2:00 pm – Free Throw – Quad

This will be a simple, straightforward competition. We will have three different age groups: 8 & under, 9-16 years, and 17 & over. The guest who makes the most free throws out of 15 in each group will win a $15 gift certificate to the Madison Vines Store.

3:00 pm – Adult Craft – Polk Room

String art is a creative craft that uses colored thread, yarn, or string wound around nails or pins to form geometric patterns, shapes, or images. It’s both mathematical and artistic, making it a great mix of precision and creativity. The cost of this craft is $10.00 and please be sure to sign up at the office.

6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Join Us for a Delicious Dinner!
Head to the Event Center and enjoy a hearty meal featuring Lasagna, Caesar Salad, Garlic Bread, and dessert.

7:00 pm – Live Music – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Join us at the Madison Vines Pizza Parlor for an evening of fellowship with friends and live entertainment featuring Gary Hawthorne!

Sunday, May 17th

9:00 am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you head home today, come on down to the Jefferson Event Center for a hearty breakfast. Enjoy Spinach or Crab Quiche, Bacon, Biscuits and Gravy, Fresh Fruit, Juice and Coffee. All of this for only $8.00.
