5:30 pm – Social Hour and Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Enjoy Homemade Baked Chicken Spaghetti Alfredo, Garlic Bread Stick, beer, wine, and drinks for the kids.  Cost is only $5.00.  Around 6 p.m., we transition into three to four fast-paced bingo games with full payouts.   Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00(cash only) and are good for all four games.

Saturday, September 6th

10:00 am – Tote Bag Stencil Painting – Polk Craft Room

Enjoy a fun family craft, making personalized tote bags with camping-themed stencils. Buy your tote bag from the office. There will be fun & different stencils to make your tote bag or shirt unique! The cost is $8.00 for the shirt or tote bag. Please sign up at the office.

11:00 am – Kids Cornhole Tournament – Quad

Kids after crafts come on over to the quad for a kid friendly game of Cornhole. We will be taking the first ten, two-person teams who sign up for a single elimination format of tournament cornhole. The winning team will each receive a $25.00 gift card. Please sign up your team in office.

12:30 pm – Adult Cornhole Tournament – Quad

Adults, now it’s your turn! Come on over to the quad for a  friendly game of Cornhole. We will be taking the first ten, two-person teams who sign up for a single elimination format of tournament cornhole. The winning team will each receive a $25.00 gift card. Please sign up your team in office.

2:00 pm – Football Toss – Quad

Come on down to the Quad and test your football throwing skills. The object of this game is to get the football through any of the pointed holes. We will have three different age groups, 8 & under, 9-16 years and 17 & over. The person who gets the most points in each age group out of 8 throws will win a $25.00 gift card.

3:30 pm – $1.00 Bingo for Prizes – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Come escape the heat at the Fillmore Pizza Parlor for five quick rounds of bingo! Each card will only cost $1, and are good for all rounds. The winners will receive some awesome surprise prizes!

6:00 pm – Smoked Pulled Pork  – Jefferson Event Center

Come and enjoy an amazing Smoke Pulled Pork dinner with smoked macaroni and cheese, coleslaw, fresh tomato and cucumber salad, rolls, and a decadent            chocolate cake for dessert.  All for only $15.00.

7:00pm – Live Music – Big Gavel Country

Grab your chairs, blankets and don’t forget those ice-cold drinks for an evening under the stars with live music by Big Gavel Country.

Sunday, September 7th

9:00am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for homemade waffles, biscuits and gravy, breakfast pizza, fresh fruit, juice and coffee. All for only $8.00!
