Social Hour & Bingo

5:30pm – Jefferson Event Center

Join us for an evening of great food and four fun games of Bingo! We will start the evening off with  Homemade Lasagna, Garlic Bread, beer, wine and drinks for the kids for only $5.00.  Around 6:30pm, we transition to up to four fast-paced bingo games with 100% payouts. Cards are $5.00 cash at the door and are good for all games.

Please purchase your $5.00 meal tickets by 2:00 pm Friday afternoon in the office.

Saturday, May 17th

10:00am – Kids Craft – Polk Room

Kids, come on down the the Polk Room and let’s make Pom Pom Turtles. This turtle craft combines a beautiful ocean animal with simple craft materials. Yarn turtles are a fun morning craft you can do with your kids The finished turtles make a nice shelf decoration or a DIY toy animal to incorporate into small world or imaginary play. Cost of this craft is only $5.00 and please sign up at the office.

11:00am – Tie Dye Special – Washington Complex

Children and adults are invited to create the best design for your Tie Dye t-shirt. Make it colorful and crazy with the fun happening rain or shine. Our staff will offer helpful hints to make your tie dye experience memorable. Please be sure to bring your own t-shirt or purchase one in the office for only $8.00.

12:00pm – Free Throw Contest – Basketball Court

This will be a simple straight forward competition. We will have three different age groups, 8 & under, 9-16 years and 17 & over. The guest who make the most free throws out of 15 in each groups will win a $25.00 gift card.

1:30pm – Adult Craft – Polk Room

Adults you asked and we listened! Join us in the Polk for a fun and unique craft. Use your creativity to create beautiful Beaded Garden Stakes. These unique and customized stakes can make any plant or garden look like a garden masterpiece.

3:00pm – Bingo for Prizes – Fillmore Pizza Parlor

Come join us at the Fillmore Pizza Parlor for 3 quick round of bingo! Each card will only cost $1.00 and are good for all rounds. The winners will receive some awesome prizes!

 6:00pm – Ducard Vineyards

Join us for a relaxing evening at Ducard Vineyards. We will board the vans at 5:30pm and return around 9:00pm . When you arrive, you will tour the vineyard and then enjoy an an amazing Grilled Steak dinner, along with a Crisp Garden Salad, Potato Wedges, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Rolls, Lemon Cake and a variety of Ducard’s top wines. All of this for just $25!

Sunday, May 18th

9:00am – Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Before you hit the road this morning, join us in the Jefferson Event Center for a delicious hot breakfast. Today we will be serving Homemade French Toast and Biscuits with Gravy, Sausage Patties, Fresh Fruit, Coffee and Juice. All this for only $8.00.
