September 1 – 5
Thursday Sept 1
5:00pm: Family Movie Night
We will be showing a family oriented classic flick. Complimentary popcorn will be provided with water and lemonade. We will offer a couple of movie choices with a quick vote by our guests as to which movie is shown.
Friday Sept 2
11:00am–12:00 noon: Madison Vines Treasure Hunt
We offer a different Treasure Hunt every day of the week. This fun event starts at the Resort Reception Center where our guests pick up their list of items to find and photograph. The Hunt ends at 12pm noon. The awards of a grab from the candy bowl is sure to be enjoyed.
5:30pm-6:30pm: Social Hour / Bingo
Enjoy meeting your neighbor while enjoying complimentary hors d’oeuvres with iced tea, lemonade or adult beverage of your choice. Followed by Bingo. 100% Payout Bingo – purchase a 5-card pack for $5 each (cash only).
Saturday Sept 3
10:00am–11:00am: Patriotic Arts & Crafts
The kids will craft with foam and paper special designs and symbols, such as patriotic flags, stars, stripes. Patriotic necklaces and ornaments will be made by the kids to wear during the wagon ride on Sunday at 1:30pm.
12:00 noon–4:00pm: Axe Throwing with “Power Play”

Axe throwing is the rage these days! With the help of the expert coaches, anyone can throw an axe. This is good clean fun, so please sign up in the office by noon today for a time slot between noon and 4pm to throw or just drop in to see who can best throw an axe.
12:00 noon–2:00pm: Family Cornhole Tournament
Cheer your family to win a spirited cornhole tournament. The event will be a single elimination format with the first 32 teams to sign up assigned in brackets. Prizes for the top two finishers in each of the four divisions will include tickets for your family to our Sunday lunch; T-shirts to participate in the Tie Dye T-Shirts on Sunday; and gift certificates from $10.
5:00pm: BBQ Picnic Dinner
We’ll have the classics with BBQ ribs, pulled pork and smoked chicken along with the traditional sides of coleslaw, corn bread, baked beans and mac n cheese. Enjoy iced tea, lemonade, beer or wine with dinner. For dessert, splurge with a piece of fresh pie. Advance Tickets Required. (Adults $15; Children 12 and under $10)
5:30pm–8:30pm: Music on the Quad: “Deja Vu”
Time to dance with your friends and neighbors as we continue our “Music on the Quad” series. BYOC (chair) and / or BYOB (blanket) to the Quad to enjoy Déjà Vu; a Classic Rock Band that covers 60’s and 70’s bands like The Beatles, Allman Brothers, Bob Seger, Eagles, Steppenwolf, Joe Cocker, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Eric Clapton, The Monkees, The Doobie Brothers, Grand Funk, Wilson Pickett and many more.
Sunday Sept 4
10:00am–11:00am: Family Labor Day Arts & Crafts
We will have a special arts and crafts session for the entire family (with emphasis of the kids). We will be creating special “fire cracker” pots that will make great table centerpieces and home décor for 4th of July dinner in your RV or cottage.
12:00 noon–1:30pm: Labor Day BBQ Picnic Lunch
We are serving a delicious BBQ Hamburger or Hot Dog lunch with all the “fixins” on the Quad, including potato salad, coleslaw, watermelon, lemonade or tea, and then a cooling finish of ice cream with toppings. Advance Tickets Required. (Adults $10; Children 12 and under $8)
1:30pm–2:30pm: Children’s Patriotic Wagon Ride
Event Center parking area
We will be starting the wagon ride at the Event Center ride slowly through the resort with music playing and crowds roaring. We will conclude the short but special ride with a group pledge of allegiance to the flag at the Quad. Be sure to wave your flags as they go by.
2:30pm–3:30pm: Super Soaker Wagon Ride

Our Super Soaker Hayride has the kids squirting at the RVers and the RVers returning the squirts with their hoses. The hay wagon leaves the front parking lot area at the Barn with kids grouped by age: children 7 years old and under with parent depart at 2:30pm; children 8 to 17 years old with parent depart at 3:00pm. Bring your own super soaker squirt gun, as large as possible, or buy a modest soaker at our store. You are guaranteed to get wet, so dress accordingly.
4:00pm–5:00pm: Tie Dye T-Shirts
Event Center parking area
Children and adults are invited to create the best tie dye T-shirt designs. Red and blue dye (as well as a rainbow of colors) and a little skill should be rewarded with a tie dye tee shirt memory. There is small fee for this neat experience: $2 if you BYOT (tee shirt) or $5 if you purchase a new tee at our store. Sign-up in the office and reserve your spot before noon today.
5:00pm–8:00pm: Classic Country Hits: Troy Coleman and Beer Tasting
As we wrap up the weekend, come and enjoy a popular local, multi-talented guitarist / singer: Troy Coleman. At his intermission, we will offer a beer tasting from the local brewery. Come and sample some of the local beer and beer snacks during the break in music between 6:00pm and 6:30pm.
7:00pm–8:00pm: Sparkler Party
Come out to the Quad to enjoy a SPARKLER PARTY with your neighbors. We’ll have a good time watching the quad light up with the multitude of sparkler, glow sticks and glow jewelry that will adorn all the kids and adults alike.
Monday Sept 5
9:00am-9:30am: Pancake Breakfast
Enjoy a Complimentary Pancake Breakfast along with Coffee and Juice
10:30am-11:00am: Candy Bar Bingo
Take home a tasty treat when you win Candy Bar Bingo.
