Friday, June 6th

5:30pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center

Stop on over at the Jefferson Event Center and join us for an exciting evening of Bingo. We will start the evening off with a light meal consisting of Sloppy Joe’s, Chips, beer, wine and drinks for the kids for only $5.00. Around 6:00pm, we will transition into three to four fast-paced games of bingo. Cards are $5.00 cash at the door and are good for all games.

Please purchase your $5.00 meal tickets by 2:00 pm Friday afternoon in the office.

Saturday, June 7th

10:00am – Dream Catcher – Polk Room

Join us in the Polk Craft Room and make your very own Dream Catcher. Once completed, hang them by your bed for a night of sweet dreams.

11:30am – Frozen Tee-Shirt Race – Quad

Come on over to the Quad and cool off with this chilling frozen tee-shirt race. Each of you will start out with a completely frozen tee-shirt, you will have to unfold it, put it on and the first person to get across the finish line will win a $25.00 gift card.

12:15pm – Musical Chairs (with a twist) – Quad

Have some fun with this game of musical chairs with a twist. We will start out with a round of plain ol’ musical chairs and then you’ll be asked to do some pretty crazy things like hop to your chair, spin to your chair, etc. The final person to sit in the last chair, wins a scoop of ice cream from the Fillmore Ice Cream Parlor.

1:00pm – Water Balloon Toss – Quad

This game requires teams of two to catch a fragile water balloon that is thrown over a long distance by a teammate. Play continues with teams tossing the water balloon to one another until there is only one team left. The winning team members each get a free scoop of ice cream from Fillmore Ice Cream Parlor.

2:00pm – Sponge Relay Race – Quad

In this race, one player from each team takes their sponge, runs down to the full bucket, fills the sponge with the water, runs back to squeeze as much water as possible into the empty bucket. Then the next player goes and so on, until they fill their bucket. The team that fills their bucket first, wins bragging rights.

3:00pm – Super Soaker Hay Ride – Quad

Kids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirter. Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids squirting at the RVers, who have hoses aimed at the wagon to squirt back! This is a kids vs adults competition to see who gets totally drenched! Of course, our staff will be monitoring this big time, super soaking, fun activity on a warm summer day.

6:00pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center

Stop by the Jefferson Event Center for a delicious Creamy Tuscan Chicken with Spinach and Sun-dried Tomatoes. To compliment this meal we are adding Buttered Bowtie Pasta, Roasted Broccoli & Cauliflower Blend with Citrus Pepper, Silver Dollar Rolls, and Strawberry Shortcake for dessert. All of this for only $12.00!

7:00pm – Live Music on the Patio – Quad

Grab your chairs, favorite drink and come join us on the patio for live music by Big Gavel Classic. This Classic Rock/Americana band is sure to have you up and dancing the night away.

Sunday, June 8th

9:00am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center

Wake up and smell the coffee with us on this beautiful Sunday morning. On today’s breakfast menu we have Homemade Waffles with real Maple Syrup, Homemade Blueberry Cheesecake and Apple Cinnamon Muffins, Breakfast Pizza, Fresh Fruit, Coffee and Juice for only $8.00.

Please purchase your breakfast tickets by noon on Saturday in the office.
