Saturday September 17

10:00am – 11:00am: Build your own stuffed animal!

Purchase your extra cute stuffy at the Reception Center for $10 (small) or $15 (large) and then enjoy the art of sharing your stuffy animal with our guests at the Event Center. Please buy your stuffy when you first arrive as this is a very popular craft event.

11:00am – 12:00 noon: Arts and Crafts

Create your own fruit bowl art to take home and show your friends and family

11:30am – 4:30pm: Libation Tour: Madison Style
Event Center Parking
Join your friends and neighbors on a fun filled four-hour, chartered bus, VIP tour of Madison’s finest. We will visit up to two breweries and two wineries, each of whom will roll out the red carpet for super special tastings and snacks. Adults only.

1:30pm – 2:30pm: Tie-Dye T-Shirts

Create a crazy & colorful Tie Die T-Shirt. Purchase T-Shirt in advance in the office for $5 before noon today

5:30pm: Pairing Dinner
Event Center
We will grill a choice marinated Shirt Steak complimented with wild rice, grilled vegetables, grilled Vidalia onions, and desert with three varieties of fresh pies from our neighbor, Yoder’s Market. The beers and wines served will pair up beautifully with the Skirt Steak. This meal will be memorable. Advance RSVP and Tickets Required. (Adults $15; Children 12 and under $12)

5:30pm – 8:30pm Laurie Griffith and Peter Mealy

The wife and husband acoustic duo,Laurie Rose Griffith and Peter Mealy, have been performing together for more than two decades, and performed at hundreds of venues up and down the East Coast, including the Kennedy Center, The Summer Olympics,The Philadelphia Folk Festival, the Birchmere, to name a few. Their stylistic range includes Americana, Bluegrass, Folk, Rock, Jazz, Celtic, as well as a large body of award winning original songs.

Sunday September 18

9:00am – 10:00am: Pancake Breakfast

Our free pancakes are homemade and will be served hot off the griddle with unsalted or regular butter, original maple syrup, juice and the finest coffee. Anyone who eats ten or more pancakes at one sitting wins a tee shirt of their choice.

10:30am – 11:00 noon: Granola Bar Bingo for All Ages

Take home a tasty treat when you win Granola Bar Bingo at our fast-paced Bingo for one and all.
