We can’t wait to see you there for an evening of relaxation, great food, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to kick off your weekend!\nFriday, May 8th\n5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center\nJoin us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Pulled Pork Sliders with Potato Salad, beer, wine, and kid-friendly drinks. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. The cost for this craft is $10.00, and please be sure to sign up at the office; there is only space for 12 guests.\n11:00 am – Corn Hole Tournament – Quad\nThe first 10 two-person teams to sign up will enjoy a single-elimination tournament format for cornhole. The winning team receives a $25.00 Amazon gift card. Please sign your team up at the office.\n12:00 pm – Mom’s Only Tea Party – Patio of the Fillmore Pizza Parlor\nAfter crafts, Moms join us on the patio for a Tea Party! Relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoors while sipping on a variety of teas and juice, while snacking on delicious finger sandwiches and a vegetable tray.\n1:00 pm – Adult Craft – Polk Room\nA dried flower jewelry dish is a beautiful and functional craft that combines natural elegance with creativity. Perfect as a handmade gift or decorative piece, it’s ideal for holding rings, earrings, or small trinkets. The cost of this craft is $10.00, and please sign up in the office; there is only space for 8 guests.\n2:00 pm – Gaga Ball – Quad\nJoin us for Gaga Ball! Gaga Ball is a fast-paced, high-energy game that combines dodging, striking, running, and jumping—all inside a small, enclosed pit. All players start inside the pit, touching one of the walls. Someone throws the ball into the center, and everyone chants “Ga! Ga! Ball!” before the game begins. Players hit the ball with an open hand (no throwing or kicking).\nThe goal is to hit other players below the knees with the ball. If the ball touches you below the knees, you’re out and must leave the pit. If a player hits the ball out of the pit, they’re out. The last player remaining in the pit wins!\n3:00 pm – Water Kickball – Quad\nWater Kickball is a fun, summer twist on the classic playground game. Combining the excitement of kickball with refreshing water play, it’s perfect for hot days, outdoor parties, or team-building events. This event is subject to change depending on weather temps.\n6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner & Wine Tasting – Jefferson Event Center\nJoin Us for a Delicious Dinner!\nHead to the Event Center and enjoy a hearty meal featuring Smoked Prime Rib, Crispy Salad, Green Beans, Baked Potato, rolls, and dessert. Paired with dinner is a wine tasting with Ducard Winery.
