DESCRIPTION:Friday, August 1st\n5:30pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center\nJoin us at the Jefferson for a delightful evening featuring  Smash Burgers, Potato Chips, Beer, Wine and kid friendly drinks. Around 6:00pm, we transition into three to  four fast-paced bingo games. Cards are $5.00 cash at the door and are good for all games.\nPlease purchase your $5.00 meal tickets by 2:00 pm Friday afternoon in the office.\n \nSaturday, August 2nd\n10:00am – Lantern Craft – Polk Room\nJoin us in the Polk Room and for a fun craft for all ages. Today we will be making Pressed Flower Lanterns. These pressed flower lanterns are SO PRETTY and so much fun to make! It’s an easy summer craft for kids and adults, using mod podge and dried flowers. Cost of this craft is $8.00 and you must sign up in the office.\n11:00am – Frozen Shirt Relay Race – Quad\nCome on over to the Quad and cool off with this chilling frozen tee-shirt race. Each of you will start out with a completely frozen tee-shirt, you will have to unfold it, put it on and the first person to get across the finish line will win a $25.00 gift card.\n11:30pm – Cornhole Tournament – Quad\nLet’s start the morning off with a friendly game of Cornhole. We will be taking the first ten, two-person teams who sign up for a single elimination format of tournament cornhole. The winning team will each receive a $25.00 gift card. Please sign up your team in office.\n12:30pm – Tie-Dye T-Shirts – Polk Room\nJoin us for a fun Tie-Dye shirt craft! Make your shirt into a work of art with the help of our talented staff! Purchase T-shirts at the store for only $8.00 or bring if you bring your own shirt to Tie-Dye cost is $5.00. Must sign up in the office.\n1:30pm – Water Kick Ball – Quad\nCome on down to the quad and join us for a fun game of Slip n’ Slide kickball. Slip and slide kickball is a fun variation of the game where the baselines are made slippery, and the bases are pools full of water. This will allow players to slide instead of run when advancing bases. It’s essentially kickball with a water slide element, adding an extra layer of excitement and strategy. We will take teams of 10 to play each other and you are sure to have a fun time!\n3:00pm – Super Soaker Wagon Ride – Quad\nKids will board the hay wagon, carrying their mega water squirter. Bins of water on the wagon will keep the kids squirting at the RVers, who have hoses aimed at the wagon to squirt back! This is a kids vs adults competition to see who gets totally drenched!\n6:00pm – Saturday Dinner – Ducard Winery\nJoin us for a relaxing evening at Ducard Vineyards. We will board the vans at 5:30pm and return around 9:00pm . When you arrive, you will tour the vineyard and then enjoy an amazing dinner paired with some of Virginia’s finest wines. On tonight’s menu: Smoked Baby Back Ribs, Pit Beans, Homemade Mac & Cheese, Coleslaw, Cornbread, and Strawberry Short Cake for dessert.  All of this for just $25!\nReserve your space today by contacting the office by Wednesday, July 30th! Hurry space is limited!\nFor those not joining us on the Ducard Winery Trip, the Fillmore Pizza and Ice Cream Parlor will be open for you dining pleasure.\n7:00 pm – Live Entertainment – Quad\nGrab your lawn chairs, blankets, favorite cold beverage, and join us on the Quad for live music by Gary Hawthorne.\nSunday, August 3rd\n9:00am – Sunday Breakfast – Jefferson Event Center\nBefore heading out, come on down to the Event Center and have breakfast with us. We will be cooking up some amazing Omelets made to order with, cheese, ham, bacon or veggies.
