Then at 6:30 we cross the street to the Jefferson Event Center for dinner featuring fresh garden salad; peas, carrots and pearl onions with polenta; and braised short ribs.  Our NY style cheesecake with strawberry drizzle rounds out the meal.\nAs dinner and dessert conclude, dance the night away to our DJ spinning tunes in the Jefferson.  Also, you can break away to the Madison to enjoy our six professionally managed, live gaming tables, from to craps, to roulette, to blackjack 21.  (We will fund the gaming fun with our “gift” to each player of $50,000 funny money).  The evening’s three big gaming winners at 10:30 are awarded (with a few limits) a high end TV up to 50 inches (1st ), dinner at the restaurant of their choice (2nd), or a two night stay in 2024 in one of our hand crafted cottages.   Before you know it, 9pm arrives with a complimentary champagne toast as you step outside on the Jefferson patio to watch the “Pinata drop” announcing the NEW YEAR (Greenland time, of course.)  Then, gaming (Madison) and dancing (Jefferson) continues until about 10:30 when we announce the gambling winners.  Are we having fun yet?\nWe do NYE right, and you will have a blast at this Gala.
