Please sign up at the office with the number in your party and the dish you’ll be bringing.\nFriday, November 27th\n5:30 pm – Social Hour & Bingo – Jefferson Event Center\nJoin us for a fun evening of bingo! On tonight’s menu: Philly Cheese Steaks and Potato Salad. The meal costs only $5.00. Around 6:00 pm, we will transition into three or four fast-paced games of Bingo. Bingo cards are available at the door for $5.00 and are good for all games.\nPlease purchase your $5.00 meal tickets at the office by 2:00 pm Friday.\nSaturday, November 29th\n10:00 am – Family Craft – Polk Room\nCreate a heartfelt keepsake with a Salt Dough Fingerprint Christmas Tree Ornament. This simple and meaningful craft captures fingerprints in a festive design, making it a perfect holiday decoration or gift!\n11:00 am – Spoon Challenge – Quad\nCome play spoons! Players take turns trying to collect a four-of-a-kind. Once someone does, everyone tries to grab a spoon. Without a spoon, you get a letter. If a player spells “S-P-O-O-N”, they’re out! The last player standing wins!\n12:00 pm – Ball Challenge – Quad\nBring excitement and anticipation to any event with the Ball Roll Prize Game! This simple and fun activity lets players test their aim and luck as they roll a ball to win a surprise prize. Each player takes a turn rolling a ball from the starting line toward the numbered sections. When the ball stops, note the number it lands on. The player wins the prize that corresponds to that number, and the player will reveal their prize!\n1:00 pm – Cornhole Tournament – Horseshoe Pits\nThe first ten two-person teams who sign up will enjoy a single-elimination format of tournament cornhole. The winning team receives a $25.00 Amazon gift card. Please sign your team up at the office.\n2:00 pm – Water Challenge – Horseshoe Pits\nJoin us for a fun and exciting game! The toilet paper and cup of water game is a race in which players pull a roll of toilet paper to move a cup of water across a table or to a finish line without spilling the water or tearing the paper. The first person to get their cup to the end wins. The challenge is to pull the toilet paper carefully and steadily to avoid any spills or rips. The first person to get their cup to them first wins!\n3:00 pm – Adult Craft – Polk Room\nCreate dazzling, frosted crystal jars using Epsom salt for a simple and elegant craft that adds sparkle to any space. This project is perfect for winter décor, gifts, or a relaxing creative activity.\n6:00 pm – Saturday Dinner – Jefferson Event Center\nJoin Us at the Jefferson Event Center!
